Appointments update – 2 February 2026

Dalriada Trustees has appointed Rosy Anand as head of defined contribution (DC) trusteeship.

Anand brings senior leadership experience in the UK workplace pensions market, with a career that spans leadership roles at Fidelity International, Aviva and Legal & General. In her new role, Anand will utilise her deep understanding of master trust and contract-based schemes through strong governance, strategic oversight, and member-centric transformations. Commenting on the appointment, Dalriada Trustees managing director, Adrian Kennett, said: “Rosy’s experience, credibility and strong market profile make her an excellent addition to our leadership team. Her workplace pensions market knowledge will be invaluable to the ongoing development of our DC propositions, and I am very excited to work with her on this area, which is one of our strategic priorities.”

Anthony Reuben has been elected as a member trustee director to the BBC Pension Trust Board.

Reuben’s term in this role will run from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2032. Reuben has worked at the BBC for 24 years and currently works as part of the BBC Verify team, but has also held roles of reality check, head of statistics, and as a business journalist in his time at the BBC. The BBC Pension Scheme is one of the biggest occupational pension schemes in the UK and provides benefits for over 50,000 people. The BBC Pension Trust Limited is the sole trustee of the scheme, and its board is made up of 11 trustee directors. Of these 11, four are appointed by the BBC, three are independent trustee directors appointed by other trustee directors with the agreement of the BBC Board, and four are appointed by scheme members. Of those selected by members, like Reuben, three are elected by the active members, and those deferred members employed by participating employers, and one is elected by the pensioners, and all serve for a term of six years.

Marsh (formally Marsh McLennan) has appointed Lisa Quest as UK CEO.

This appointment is in addition to her current role as Oliver Wyman head of UK and Ireland and will be effective 6 April 2026. Quest will be based in London and report to Marsh international CEO, Flavio Piccolomini. She succeeds Chris Lay, who is retiring from the business. She will work with the UK's business CEOs to shape Marsh UK's commercial strategy and focus on strengthening and expanding client relationships across Marsh’s four businesses, Marsh, Guy Carpenter, Mercer and Oliver Wyman. Quest joined Oliver Wyman in 2006. She returned to the business in 2013 after working as a private equity investor. In 2023, she was appointed to the role of head of UK and Ireland.
