We’re seeking an experienced Senior DC Pension Consultant to join a growing Defined Contribution division. You’ll lead client relationships, deliver high quality governance and strategic advice, and help drive better member outcomes across a diverse portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop strong client relationships
• Support new business pitches and contribute to practice growth
• Stay up to date with DC legislation, market trends and governance requirements
• Lead projects including master trust/GPP reviews, selection exercises, buy outs, wind ups and AVC reviews
• Manage a portfolio of clients and provide ongoing governance support
• Work with investment colleagues to deliver tailored, outcome focused advice
• Produce clear, high quality advice and reports
• Contribute to provider research and team knowledge
• Provide leadership and guidance within the team

What You’ll Bring

• PMI qualification (or FIA/FFA/CFA) preferred
• Strong experience advising UK DC pension schemes within a consultancy
• Excellent communication and commercial awareness
• Solid technical pensions knowledge
