Pensions Age Northern Conference
Tuesday 7th June 2022
Park Plaza Leeds
The Pensions Age Northern Conference offers pension funds and those working in the pensions sector the opportunity to learn and network alongside their peers at one of the most unprecedented times in UK pensions history.
Since the Pensions Age team last visited Leeds, pre-Covid, the world has changed but progress in pensions hasn’t stopped - the pensions dashboards are moving further towards reality; progression has been seen with Superfunds; the Autumn budget threw the spotlight on DC charge cap, illiquid assets and net-pay; new scams regulation has come into effect; several key government consultants have been published; a DB master trust self-certification regime has been launched; COP26 came and went; and steps have been made in the small pots discussions.
This one-day conference - which is open to pension scheme managers, trustees, FDs, advisers, pension, and HR professionals – will, with the backdrop of constant change and development in the pensions arena, offer delegates the up-to-date knowledge and guidance they need to help them run their pension schemes and meet their members’ needs, whether in the DB, DC or hybrid space.
Covering all aspects of pension provision, delegates can be sure that this conference will offer them the updates they need to manage their schemes going forward, as well as highlight new developments in the pension space, in relation to regulation, investment, scheme design, technology, communication and more; and will help delegates improve their pensions knowledge and understanding with a series of presentations from leading pension professionals and policymakers from across the industry.
Join us in Leeds to hear from regulators, leading associations, providers, investment specialists and peers, and finally catch up with those friends you have missed.
