You will lead integration of newly acquired businesses into established payroll and pensions operations. Your ability to lead as well as deliver projects working closely with the in-house Pensions & Payroll teams will be essential.

About the role
• Lead end-to-end payroll and pensions integration following acquisitions
• Consolidate multiple pension schemes
• Manage data migration, mapping, validation and system onboarding
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
• Work closely with key stakeholders and internal teams across the projects

About you
• Proven experience managing and delivering projects end-to-end
• Draw on project management experience in Pensions (DB/DC) and/or Payroll
• Strong knowledge of data migration, data flows and reconciliation
