Crotty joins from the Embark Group, where she led the compliance advisory team and brings extensive experience supporting businesses through strategic change. Meanwhile, Smith is the finance business lead for Barnett Waddingham SIPP. She brings experience in strategic financial leadership, which will support the business in delivering growth.
In addition to these appointments to its SIPP team, Barnett Waddingham also appointed Will Scobie as senior risk and resilience consultant. He joins after leading Horizonscan for 10 years, a boutique consultancy specialising in risk and resilience. In his new role, Scobie will help grow Barnett Waddingham’s resilience practice, whilst leveraging his expertise to support and lead client projects across the wider risk and digital resilience areas. He will also drive new business development for the team.
