The Role
• Lead delivery of pensions administration services across a client portfolio
• Manage relationships with trustees and corporate clients
• Oversee key projects (renewals, benefit statements, pension increases, reporting)
• Monitor team performance, workflow, and SLA delivery
• Review work and provide technical guidance to team members
• Take ownership of billing, profitability, and service quality
• Support business development, client growth, and new opportunities
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
About You
• Extensive DB pensions administration experience
• Strong team leadership and people management background
• In-depth knowledge of pensions legislation
• Commercially aware with strong client-facing skills
