Isio has announced that it has connected more than 100 pension schemes, covering over 150,000 members, to pensions dashboards, marking what it described as a major milestone in its dashboards programme.
The consultancy connected its first scheme in May 2025, in partnership with technology partner Equisoft, using its Pension Fusion platform.
Overall, more than 70 million pension records are now connected to the pensions dashboards ecosystem, according to the latest update from the Money and Pensions Service (Maps).
Isio also revealed that it has completed its first scheme disconnection as part of a buyout process, which it said demonstrated the operational readiness of its dashboards framework as schemes move through different stages of their lifecycle.
Alongside scheme connectivity, Isio said it is continuing preparations for the future public launch of pensions dashboards.
As part of this work, the firm has established a dedicated post-connection dashboards team to support ongoing operational activity and member queries, while also developing self-service capabilities and processes to support data refresh calculations and member engagement.
Commenting on the milestone, Isio pensions dashboards lead, Harvi Rana, said connecting more than 100 schemes was a testament to the firm's multi-disciplinary team.
“By combining technical expertise with a focus on member needs, we’ve ensured every connection empowers individuals to securely access and take greater control of their retirement futures,” she stated.
“Reaching this milestone is significant, but equally important is the consistency and operational discipline that sits behind it.”
Isio pensions dashboards programme director, Neil Campbell, added that the programme had been focused on “innovation with purpose” from its first connection in 2025 through to preparations for public launch.
“Our systems, processes and teams are primed to ensure members can securely view and manage their pensions,” he continued.
“The seamless integration of over 150,000 members reflects not just operational efficiency, but a shared commitment with our partner Equisoft to redefine retirement planning.
“As the market moves into the next phase of dashboards readiness, having robust post-connection support in place will become increasingly important for schemes and members alike.”
Meanwhile, Isio head of administration, Kevin Howard, said the firm's focus is on ensuring “seamless member support” as dashboards go live.
“With a dedicated team and self-service tools, we’re empowering members to access their pensions data confidently and efficiently,” he added.
“This is about delivering clarity and trust at scale. We have invested heavily in the operational infrastructure required to support members beyond connection, ensuring schemes can move into the next stage of dashboards delivery with confidence.”
