The newly created role will see Davies help the campaign to better engage with pension schemes and financial institutions on their journey towards net zero and more responsible investment. Prior to this, Davies was Triodos head of retail banking in the UK, with this work providing him with an “in-depth knowledge” of sustainable finances as well as the challenges and opportunities facing the financial services industry as it works to tackle climate change.

Cardano has announced two new senior hires.

Prior to this, Mandich held a number of senior management roles at Russell Investments, having most recently been responsible for growing the UK fiduciary management business as managing director and head of institutional sales. Alongside this, Cardano has also named Gillie Tomlinson as head of trustee engagement. She will be responsible for maintaining and developing relations with trustees and other stakeholders at UK DB schemes.
