We’re seeking a detail-focused Pensions Analyst within a Quality team to help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of defined benefit pension administration.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll deliver independent, risk-based QA across day-to-day operations, complex cases, process changes, and scheme onboarding—helping drive high standards and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

• Deliver QA reviews across pensions administration activity
• Assess data, calculations, processes, and controls
• Support new schemes, complex work, and remediation projects
• Identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
• Share clear, constructive insights to support a positive quality culture

What we’re looking for

• Strong DB pensions administration experience
• QA, audit, or oversight background within pensions
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to spot patterns and systemic issues
• Collaborative approach with the confidence to challenge constructively
