Pensions Administration Standards Association (PASA) has appointed Jayne Pocock as board director.
Pocock is a pensions governance specialist with over 30 years of experience across administration, consulting and trustee board management. She is currently head of trustee services at Clara Pensions, where she works closely with third-party administrators and the regulatory regime relevant to superfunds. Pocock has also held senior governance roles at Legal & General, Law Debenture, Jardine Lloyd Thompson and Mercer. Commenting on the appointment, PASA chair, David Fairs, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Jayne to the PASA Board. Her longstanding involvement with PASA as a volunteer, her wealth of governance experience both inside trustee boards and across administration and her strategic outlook make her an outstanding addition.”
Aon has extended the employment agreement of president and CEO, Greg Case.
Aon’s board of directors approved an extension of Aon president and CEO, Greg Case’s, employment contract. The contract, previously set to end on 1 April 2028, has been extended to 31 December 2030. In addition to his role as CEO and president, Case is a member of the company's Board of Directors and the Governance/Nominating Committee’s People and Wellbeing Sub-Committee of its Board of Directors. Before joining Aon in 2005, Case worked for several companies, including McKinsey & Company, Piper, Jaffray and Hopwood, and the US Federal Reserve Bank.
Amundi has made four senior appointments.
Amundi has appointed Alexandre Lefebvre as deputy head of real assets and alternatives, Pierre-Adrien Domon as chief executive officer of Sabadell Asset Management, and Michaël Martineau as CEO of Fund Channel. Furthermore, Claire Chabrier has been appointed as head of direct investing - private markets within the real assets and alternatives division. Lefebvre has worked for Amundi since 1999 and has held various roles across Amundi and its associated companies in Spain and England. His most recent role preceding this appointment was Sabadell Asset Management CEO. Domon began his career at Natixis Axeltis, now Euroclear FundsPlace, and in 2009, he joined Fund Channel as CEO of the Swiss subsidiary. He held several roles over the years at Fund Channel. Martineau has over 25 years of experience in banking, finance and technology. He began his career in Paris before joining Fund Channel’s headquarters in Luxembourg in 2009. In 2025, he was appointed deputy CEO of Fund Channel - products, strategy and innovation. Chabrier has 25 years of experience in private equity and has held several roles, including France Invest president, Amundi Private Equity Funds managing partner and also worked at Societe Generale Asset Management, where she oversaw private equity in Eastern Europe.
