The People’s Pension has re-appointed Mark Condron as chair of trustees for another five years.
Condron joined the board of trustees in 2020 and has served three years as a leader of the board of trustees. During his career, Condron has held a wide range of senior positions with responsibility for pensions advisory and administration businesses. He is a fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and an accredited professional pension trustee. Commenting on his reappointment, Condron said: “I’m delighted to be asked to chair for an extended five-year term and am fully committed to helping the scheme continue its remarkable journey."
LawDeb has promoted Lynne Rawcliffe to trustee director.
Rawcliffe joined LawDeb as a professional trustee in July 2022 and has over 25 years of experience in pensions across both consultancy and in-house roles. She brings a wealth of expertise and a broad perspective to the team, having engaged with a diverse range of stakeholders throughout her career. Rawcliffe has also played a pivotal role in establishing LawDeb’s End-game Solutions Group. In addition to this, she is part of LawDeb’s recruitment panel, helping to shape the future of the pensions team by identifying and mentoring talent. She said she was “excited” to be promoted and help drive LawDeb’s success.
Broadstone has appointed Lindsay Kenny as small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) business development consultant.
Lindsay joins Broadstone from Towergate and has over 15 years of experience in employee benefits, business development and client relationship management. In her new role, Kenny will deliver tailored employee benefits solutions that support SMEs by enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction. Commenting on her appointment, Kenny said: “I look forward to contributing to the company’s continued success and helping businesses develop employee benefits solutions that truly make a difference.”
