Local Pensions Partnership (LPP) has announced the appointment of Adrian Taylor as chief financial officer (CFO).
Taylor has been interim CFO at LPP since November 2018 and now takes on the role permanently. Prior to joining LPP, he was interim finance director UK at Edmond de Rothschild after being partner and finance director at Killik & Co. He also held the role of CFO at Sarasin & Partners and began his career as a chartered accountant at KPMG.
TPT Retirement Solutions (TPT) has named Jonathon Webb and Kieron Snow as business development managers.
Webb previously worked at JLT Employee Benefits for 12 years, initially as regional director than sales director, after working for five years with KPMG. Snow brings over 20 years of experience in the retirement industry to the newly created role, having held senior roles at Skandia and Old Mutual Wealth. Both will report to head of direct distribution, Adrian Cooper.
Fidelity International has appointed Andrew McCaffery as its global chief investment officer, alternatives and solutions.
McCaffery brings over 30 years of experience to the newly created role and joins after eight years at Aberdeen Standard Investments, where he was most recently global head of strategic client investments. Prior to this, he worked in a variety of senior roles including at BlueCrest Capital Management, where he was CEO of Attica Alternative Investments. He was also a managing director at UBS in the fixed income, currency and commodity division prior to this.
