A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Pensions professional to join its in-house Pensions team. Take a strategic role overseeing pension design, governance and employer sponsor responsibilities.

About the role

• Lead the governance and oversight of UK & Ireland DB and DC pension arrangements
• Shape pensions strategy, design and employer sponsor governance
• Work closely with Trustees, advisers and senior stakeholders across HR, Finance and Legal
• Oversee funding, regulatory and operational risks within a complex environment
• Drive continuous improvement and enhance member outcomes

About you

• Proven UK pensions experience gained in-house or within consultancy
• Strong technical knowledge of DB pensions, governance and regulatory requirements
• Experience working with Trustees and senior stakeholders
• Understanding of funding, actuarial and pension accounting matters
• Professional qualification such as APMI, FPMI, FIA or equivalent preferred
