Appointments update – 22 April 2026

Pi Partnership has appointed Tracy Weller to the Pi trustee team.

Weller has over 35 years of experience in the pension industry. She has worked across defined benefit (DB), defined contribution (DC), hybrid, workplace, retail and local government pension schemes of all sizes. She has held several roles across the industry, including at Now Pensions, London Pensions Fund Authority, Phoenix Group, TPT Retirement Solutions, People’s Pension, Pensions Administration Standards Association, Hymans Robertson, WTW, PwC and more. Commenting on the appointment, Pi Partnership head of trusteeship, Joanne Holden, said: “Tracy’s appointment brings DC and master trust experience that will complement our existing team. Her operations and systems background will add value across the range of our services.”

Isio has appointed Mike Parker as head of region for the Midlands and Phil Berry as head of region for the North within its Investment Management business.

Parker joins from Timeline Portfolios, where he was regional director, and Berry joins from Sarasin & Partners LLP, where he was senior regional sales manager. Both Berry and Parker bring extensive experience of the UK independent financial adviser (IFA) market, deep regional links and strong track records of building long-term partnerships with intermediaries. These appointments come as Isio continues to build its Model Portfolio Service, which extends the firm’s institutional investment expertise to the IFA and wealth market.

Broadstone has announced the appointment of Emily Degan as team leader for its Risk and Health desk-based consulting team.

Degan brings nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including almost 17 years leading teams and managing complex client portfolios in the defined contribution (DC) pension and employee benefits sector. She also spent almost 25 years at Jelf and Mercer. Most recently, she led a team of client relationship managers at Mercer Marsh Benefits, advising businesses in the small-or medium-sized enterprise space on their workplace pension schemes. In her new role, Degan will oversee the delivery of client services across risk, health and employee benefits portfolios.
