Appointments update 12 August 2019

RPMI has added Michelle Ostermann and Stuart Blackett to its board of directors.

Ostermann is currently the chief fiduciary officer at RPMI, while Blackett is managing director, group services. Ostermann joined RPMI in early 2019 after being senior vice president at British Columbia Investment Management and has 25 years of experience in pensions and investments. Blackett joined RPMI in 2001 and has over 20 years of experience in corporate and pensions accounting.

XPS Pensions Group has named James Leeming as head of investment in Manchester.

Leeming has over 13 years of experience in specialist investment, helping scheme mange investment risk and deliver objectives. He joins from JLT Group, where he was a director. Leeming has advised a wide range of defined benefit and defined contribution schemes and their sponsors, and is a qualified actuary.

AMX has appointed Larry Morrissey as its chief compliance officer in Ireland.

Morrissey joins AMX from MPMF Fund Management, where he served for three years as senior vice president and acted in various compliance roles on behalf of a number of large institutional clients. Prior to joining MPMF Fund Management, Morrissey spent nine years as head of investment listings at Maples and Calder.
