ARC Pensions Law appoints PMI president as a consultant

ARC Pensions Law has appointed the president of the Pensions Management Institute, Kevin LeGrand, as a consultant.

He joins the company part-time to work on a client-related project. LeGrand was formerly head of pensions policy at Buck Consultants.

ARC Pensions Law senior partner Anna Rogers said LeGrand’s knowledge of pensions policy and his non-lawyer viewpoint will help inform their thinking.

“He will be helping us plan for future pensions market developments and how best to position ourselves to serve our clients’ needs. Kevin has considerable breadth and depth of experience in all things relating to pensions policy and is joining us two days a week, to fit around his duties as President of the Pensions Management Institute,” she said.

Commenting on his appointment LeGrand said he is delighted to be helping ARC Pensions Law plan for the future needs of their clients in these areas.

“The revolution taking place in the world of workplace pensions is generating new challenges for both employers and scheme trustees, who rightly expect their professional advisers to be proactive,” he added.
