Riversmeet Advisory enters market with specialist executive search offering

Riversmeet Advisory, a new executive search and leadership advisory firm, has launched with a focus exclusively on the pensions, asset management and investment industries.

The firm explained that Riversmeet forms part of UAP Group, a holding company with interests across financial services, pensions and technology, including UK SIPP provider Alltrust Services Limited and Jersey-based investment monitoring and advisory firm Enhance Group Limited.

According to the firm, the group’s involvement across pension administration, investment advice and financial technology will provide Riversmeet direct insight into the sector and the leadership needs of firms operating within it.

Riversmeet Advisory managing director, Amanda Floyd, explained that the firm was launched in response to clients' frustration with the traditional search model.

“The firms supporting asset management and pensions have relied too long on brand and database to justify their fees,” she said.

“Clients know it - and they’re looking for something better. Riversmeet was built to be that something better.”

UAP Group managing director, Rob Shipman, commented: “Riversmeet is a natural extension of what UAP Group stands for – combining specialist expertise with genuine sector immersion to deliver real value for clients.

"The addition of an executive search and leadership advisory capability strengthens our proposition across the group for our clients and partners' access to a service they have long been asking for,” he added.
