Pensions Age wins Pensions Publication of the Year

Pensions Age is delighted to have been named Pensions Publication of the Year 2019 at the 14th annual Willis Towers Watson Media Awards.

After an industry-wide vote, Pensions Age swooped the top prize at a ceremony in London, recognising the high-quality, diverse and engaging content the leading monthly pensions title produces.

The awards celebrate excellence in business journalism in areas of (re)insurance and risk; human resources and benefits and pensions and institutional investments.

Commenting on the victory Pensions Age editor, Laura Blows, said: “Thank you to Willis Towers Watson for presenting us with this award, but most of all, thank you to everyone who took the time to vote for Pensions Age as Pensions Publication of the Year 2019.

”I personally would like to congratulate the hard work of all the team involved with making Pensions Age an award-winning magazine and website.

”The Pensions Age team and I are thrilled to have won this accolade and we look forward to continuing breaking the latest news and offering in-depth features in order to continue being regarded as a worthy winner. ”

Willis Towers Watson head of Great Britain, Nicolas Aubert, said: “Congratulations to all of our winners and highly commended journalists. These awards allow us to celebrate the business media who play such a vital role in our industry.

“Each year the field gets increasingly competitive and this year’s entries were no different – high-quality, diverse and engaging – our judges were highly impressed.”
