Court adjourns proceedings against former company director

Magistrates have adjourned a prosecution case against former company director, Lee Bartholomew, with a new hearing date fixed for 24 June 2024 at Brighton Magistrates Court.

The former company director of 1066 Target Sports Ltd in St Leonards, Bartholomew appeared at Brighton Magistrates Court on Monday 15 April 2024, in a prosecution brought by The Pensions Regulator (TPR).

Bartholomew denied withholding information lawfully requested by TPR under Section 72 of the Pensions Act 2004, pleading not guilty to the charge in May 2023.

A new hearing date has now been fixed for 24 June 2024 at Brighton Magistrates Court.
