The Money and Pensions Service (Maps) has put out a call for the industry to help sign people up for the next phase of consumer testing of the MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard.
Phase two testing started yesterday (2 March 2026) and involves increasing numbers of users across a spectrum of demographic groups and pension types.
Maps said that giving users an early chance to see their pensions on the MoneyHelper dashboard through consumer testing would support further refinement and improvements to the service before it becomes publicly available.
Consumers who are aged 18 or over and have not started withdrawing all their pensions can take part in the testing.
Maps is especially looking for support from the pensions industry to involve people with access needs or confidence barriers around literacy, numeracy, digital skills and technology.
The industry can been called upon to contact customers and members to highlight the chance to test the MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard, with employers and charities also encouraged to get involved.
Organisations that want to help recruit potential consumer testers can register to receive the Maps toolkit.
“Phase one of consumer testing of the MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard, which we started last year, produced positive feedback on the dashboard’s design and user experience,” said Maps CEO, Oliver Morley.
“We plan to share our findings in due course. Now we’re in phase two, we’re looking to gradually increase the number of testers.
“This is a great opportunity to get to use a pensions dashboard before they become available to the wider public.
“Dashboards are going to be a transformative tool, and we’re really keen to sign people up for consumer testing. Industry’s help in making this happen would demonstrate our continued collaborative approach to making dashboards happen.”
