HS Admin has rebranded as HS Pensions

HS Administrative Services Ltd (HS Admin) has rebranded as HS Pensions Ltd, with effect from 1 May 2022.

Moving on from a purely admin-based model, HS Pensions has expanded its range of services to include actuarial, secretarial and investment consulting.

The firm has more than 360,000 members on its platform with £5bn in client funds under management, and has been a third-party administrator for over 36 years.

HS Pensions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Goddard Perry Holdings Ltd and has a turnover in excess of £4.5m with over 90 staff.

Recent acquisitions by the firm include Ascot Lloyd’s admin team in 2021 and DBC Pensions in 2015.

Commenting on the announcement, HS Pensions MD, Graham Hickling, said the company had recognised that the market had moved on from the admin-only model.

“Final salary clients/trustees are now looking for an expanded range of services; effectively a one stop shop,” he continued.

“We have therefore added a wide range of services to include consulting, actuarial, secretarial and investment consulting as part of our service offering.

“As part of the rebrand and expanded services we have also taken the opportunity to acquire the final salary administration book of Goddard Perry Consulting Ltd, whose staff will TUPE to HS Pensions.

“With the addition of the Ascot Lloyd DB Admin business in 2021 HS Pensions will now look after over 360,000 members with pension scheme assets of over £5bn across 3 offices.”
