Pensions and employee benefits firm Buck has chosen Equisoft’s Pension Fusion as its ISP to support clients in the move towards pensions dashboards, allowing the firm to integrate its own existing framework.
Equisoft said Buck is now waiting for the Pensions Dashboards Programme (PDP) to finalise its programme reset, and for updated data standards and supporting technical documentation to be released by the programme, before finalising testing and fully connecting to the PDP.
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has set the connection deadline for a move to the PDP for October 2026
“Buck has had access to our Pension Fusion system since January this year, and it has focused on loading and updating its fully anonymised test member data, in a process designed ultimately to integrate Pension Fusion with its existing administration system,” said Equisoft product sales director, Howard Finnegan.
“This is a great example of how pensions providers and consultants can move towards the pensions dashboards within an existing framework.
"It will also ensure that Buck is ready to lead from the front in supporting the Pensions Dashboards Programme for its clients.”
Buck head of pensions administration, UK, Lee Cook, said Pension Fusion offered “exactly the level of data integration that we need.”
“We have also been able to successfully link it to our own existing systems in a relatively short space of time,” Cook added.
“We stand ready to move forward with the PDP and are delighted to be so far ahead of the curve in our systems upgrade and developments.
"Even though the dashboard deadlines are still some way off, we know that delivering this support now is incredibly beneficial for trustees and plan sponsors and will allow them to improve engagement and provide an even better member experience.”
