Appointments update 15 April 2019

Devere Group has named Richard Glenn as group CFO and Dimitris Litsikakis as global head of fintech.

Glenn joins in the newly created role from Credence International, which was acquired by Devere CEO Nigel Green, where he had been CFO for more than three years. He will begin in his new position immediately and primarily focus on the advisory side of the firm’s business model. Litsikakis’ initial primary focus will be Devere Vault, the company’s global multicurrency e-money app, and he will report to Green and COO Beverley Yeomans.

BMO Global Asset Management has appointed Stewart Bennett to its newly created role of global head of alternatives.

Bennett joins BMO Global Asset Management with 25 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, including 10 years as a partner and Head of the Financial Institutions Group at Ondra Partners. His previous experience includes Dresdner Kleinwort, where he was managing director and head of FIG, strategic advisory, and the private equity firm Botts & Company.

Aviva Investors has announced the appointment of Michael Maddox as origination manager, real estate long income.

Maddox joins Aviva Investors after five years at Knight Frank Investment Management. Most recently, he was assistant fund manager on the KFIM Long Income Property Unit Trust, where his responsibilities included origination, sourcing and transaction management of investments. Previously he worked for BNP Paribas Real Estate.
