Canada Life has appointed Rhian Littlewood as strategic delivery director, bulk purchase annuities (BPA).
Littlewood joins Canada Life from Standard Life, where she most recently held the role of head of liquidity management. In her time at Standard Life, she also spent several years playing a leading role in its BPA pricing, proposition enhancements, and strategic delivery. Earlier in her career, Littlewood worked at Aon, advising on some of the largest and most complex bulk annuity transactions in the UK market. In her new role, Littlewood will help shape Canada Life’s growing footprint in the BPA market and will join the BPA Senior Leadership Team. She will report to Canada Life managing director BPA, Shreyas Sridhar.
LCP has announced 19 partner promotions across the business.
These appointments include four partners in investment: Anais Caldwell-Jones, Ivan Buzulutsky, Jacob Stevens, and Jenny Harbord. Additionally, four partners in pensions actuarial have been appointed: Dan Marston, Stefan Kemp, Caroline Pearson, and Rosie Hadden. Three individuals have become partners in pension risk transfer: Ruth Ward, Sarah Gunn and Gavin Smith. Furthermore, Stephen Harkin, John Murray, and Tom Velli have been named partners in LCP Delta. Meanwhile, Kevin Patterson and Lee Ann Steadman were promoted to LCP Health partners. Finally, Katherine Davidge was promoted to partner of risk and compliance, Olivia Krusel has taken on the role of partner of central management and Rachel Crowther was promoted to partner of DC Consulting.
Broadstone has appointed Jordan Ring as senior healthcare consultant.
Ring has over 16 years of experience in the employee benefits sector. She started her career at The Health Insurance Group, where she spent nine years developing specialist capabilities in private medical insurance. Following this, she joined Towergate as a senior employee benefits consultant. In her new role at Broadstone, Ring will focus on delivering client-centric health and well-being solutions that go beyond traditional benefits provision. She will work with small to medium-sized enterprises and mid-market clients to support the design and delivery of strategies aligned to workforce needs and long-term organisational goals.
