Appointments update 12 May 2021

Intellica has appointed Grant Stanley as director.

Stanley has more than 30 years of experience in the pensions and wider financial services industries, and has held senior roles in third-party pension administration and data businesses. He was also one of the founders of ITM and helped grow the business from its inception to when it was sold to private equity in 2018. At Intellica, Stanley will be working with the existing senior management team on the internal and external development of the business.

DWF has named Marcus Fink as partner.

Fink has over 20 years’ experience in advising clients on a range of pension matters, and joins the firm having spent the past few years as an independent legal consultant. Prior to this, he was PwC pension legal team director, and Ashurst LLP partner and head of pensions practice. The new role will see Fink lead the London pensions team, advising organisations and pension trustees on all aspects of pensions law.

The Pensions Management Institute (PMI) has appointed Russell Investments as its ESG Insight partner.

As part of this, the PMI will work in conjunction with Russell Investments to deliver webinars, interviews, research and case studies focused on increasing pension firms' understanding of environmental, social and governance (ESG) topics. It will also allow PMI members to access Russell Investments’ insight and experiences on ESG through multiple distribution channels, with the PMI emphasising that ESG issues are “increasingly important” for the industry since the passing of the Pensions Scheme Act 2021 earlier this year.
