Appointments update 09 October

Salvus Master Trust has announced the appointment of Bill Finch as head of sales.

Finch joins from B&CE, provider of The People’s Pensions, and bring over 30 years of industry experience. Prior to his role at B&CE, Finch held positions at Aegon Scottish Equitable and Friend’s Provident. At Salvus he will be responsible for developing the introducer channels and project managing the Salvus authorisation team.

Legal & General Investment Management has named Richard Lee as chief financial officer.

Lee joined Legal & General in 1997 and, prior to his new role, was group performance director for Legal & General Group. He also held the positions of chief financial officer and chief risk officer in Legal & General Retirement. In his new role, Lee will report to chief executive officer, Mark Zinkula, and Michael Rallings will move into Lee’s previous role as group performance director.

Lincoln Pensions has announced that fintech expert Fiona Page will join its advisory board.

Page co-founded RiskFirst, formerly PensionsFirst, a fintech business providing risk analytics to the pension industry. She was responsible for designing and implementing PFaroe, a UK pensions analytics and reporting system. Page also founded her own, consultancy firm, Page 1 Consulting, after being a founding partner, COO and head of systems development at Quadrant Capital.
