In this role, you’ll help maintain high governance standards, act as Scheme Secretary (where appointed), and contribute to a variety of strategic and operational projects.

London, Greater Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol or Scotland - hybrid working

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct adviser reviews and benchmarking exercises
• Manage scheme governance and secretarial duties
• Support member option and liability management exercises
• Oversee annual regulatory reporting and trustee board effectiveness
• Deliver projects on time and in line with compliance standards
• Engage with schemes linked to overseas parent companies

What You Bring:

• Experience with DB, DC, and Master Trust pension schemes
• Strong project management and data analysis skills
• Familiarity with PPF assessments, ESOG, GDPR, and cyber security
• Excellent minute writing, documentation control, and communication skills
• Progress toward professional pensions qualifications (e.g. PMI)
