An exciting opportunity for a Proposition Manager to join a growing SIPP team within a leading pensions provider, with ambitious plans to continue expanding its customer base.

About the role
• Supporting the Head of SIPP Propositions in meeting Consumer Duty requirements across Products & Services, Price & Value, and Consumer Understanding.
• Ensuring new and existing propositions meet customer needs, align with target markets, and follow robust governance frameworks.
• Designing and implementing Investment Solutions for the business and key partners, aligned with end to end customer journeys.
• Maintaining strong Investment Governance and Oversight across all investment solutions.
• Monitoring competitor offerings and market trends within the SIPP sector and communicating insights to stakeholders.
• Keeping up to date with FCA, DWP, and HMRC changes, assessing impacts, and providing clear internal and external communication (including training).
• Owning proposition and technical queries and supporting complex case referrals through the Technical Committee.

About you
• Thorough knowledge of HMRC and FCA rules relating to SIPPs.
• Strong understanding of the SIPP and SSAS marketplace (essential).
• Knowledge of the wider pensions market (desirable).
• Experience in developing and managing pension products and bringing them to market.
