About the role

• Develop, implement and maintain compliance policies, procedures
• Provide training and guidance across the business
• Go to person for all technical issues
• Stay updated on industry-specific regulations and best practices
• Look over and update current regulatory checks
• Lead on structure, implementing changes in practice,
• Overseeing and managing the AAF02/07 audit which takes place annually

About you

• Background in pensions delivery
• Strong technical knowledge across DB and DC pensions
• Experience of taking ownership of projects
