About the role
• Opportunity to work with a highly collaborative and supportive team, whilst broadening your experience and exposure
• Lead development and delivery of DC Pension Scheme strategy with keen focus on member service, value for money and robust governance
• Drive member engagement strategy
• Manage projects driven by strategic or regulatory developments
• As part of the senior leadership team proactively contribute to wider pensions strategic objectives
About you
• With a proven track record gained in-house, consultancy or provider, draw on your passion for developing and delivering effective DC Pensions provision focussed to member outcomes
• You will have significant understanding of the DC Pensions landscape, pensions legislation and developing trends
• Experience of interpreting and delivering strategic change for pension schemes, whether driven by company/trustee or legislative developments
