About the Role

As our Senior Investment and Stewardship Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our investment strategies. You will be entrusted with overseeing and enhancing our responsible investment and stewardship initiatives, seeking impactful ways to advance our mission and deliver exceptional results for our stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and delivering our annual report, collaborating with team members and efficiently managing complex workloads.
• Developing new reporting mechanisms and investment case studies to further our responsible investment objectives.
• Engaging with our investment portfolio through our wide-ranging stewardship activities.
• Ensuring seamless investment operations, including managing growing private markets portfolios and rebalancing portfolios in line with long-term strategies.

About You

We are looking for an individual who possesses:

• Strong understanding of investments and a demonstrated commitment to responsible investment practices.
• Proven experience in working with investments from an operational and strategic perspective.
• A track record of delivering tangible outcomes and taking initiative to drive projects independently.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team.
• A desire to work to a high standard, and an ability to think in new ways, proposing new ideas for how things could be done.
• A solid public sector ethos, aligning with our forward-thinking vision for the future.
