Our client has two choices of route with recruitment for their present role, to recruit someone who has/is already done/doing such a role, or to also consider someone who has occupational pensions experience and demonstrates the skills and desire to become a Pension Test Analyst. Are you perhaps a pension's specialist hungry for change but not to ever leave pensions, but not wanting to just do administration for the rest of your career and seeking a new area in pensions, if yes, how about becoming a Pension Test Analyst for a top 100 in-house pension scheme? You must want to do testing and be willing to study the relevant qualifications to gain the relevant experience to successfully undertake this role and develop. Our client will sponsor you to undertake the RSQB 3-day course, and their training and colleague support system will have you understanding and undertaking and enjoying this role smoothly and quickly. So ready for a change? Then read on…

The Strategy and Change team have incredibly ambitious, exciting and innovative plans and are seeking two Test and/or Pension's professionals to join the team to help achieve these. As mentioned in the previous paragraph with or without prior experience, as long as you have a very strong grounding in occupational pensions provision. The role would suit either a software test professional willing to learn and understand more about UK DB and DC pensions or a UK pensions administration/project professional who wants to branch out into software testing with support and training.

Once trained you will be responsible for making sure changes to the pension's administration systems have been thoroughly tested to meet the agreed requirements and that these changes have not affected the system functionality and performance. You will ensure all testing requirements have been documented correctly and manage defects for these changes. You will work closely with other members of the pension's team and liaise with the external developers.

Our client offers not just a highly competitive salary, bonus and benefit package, especially for anyone who was in administration and moving up to this role, but hybrid working with only two days in the office required.
