In this dynamic role, you'll combine your pensions experience with strong project management skills to steer projects, lead communication initiatives, improve departmental efficiency, and provide senior support for administrators. Your expertise will be essential in building relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, while maintaining an in-depth understanding of pension governance and legislative requirements.
You will be a strategic self-starter with excellent organisational abilities and advanced problem-solving skills, naturally curious, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. You must have experience with pension administration systems and project management methodologies. A Prince 2 qualification (or equivalent) would be advantageous.
