About the role
• Act as a subject matter expert for DB and DC pension schemes, as a key contact across the company, support strategic initiatives and TUPE activity
• Support delivery of Scheme Secretarial services, drafting agendas and minutes, driving forward a robust governance framework
• Manage the relationship with external advisors and third party administrators
• Opportunity to lead on projects and undertake research
• Develop Pension plan communications and oversee website content
• Mentor more junior team members, sharing technical knowledge
About you
• You will be able to draw on up to date industry and legislative knowledge, gained in consultancy or in-house and be seeking a progressive career move working with a collaborative team
