About the role

• Review and update policyholder letters and packs in line with agreed principles
• Proof read updated documents ensuring consistency of terminology
• Help with updates to policyholder booklets including liaising with designers and printers where necessary
• Help create new elements to the packs introduced as part of this project such as a retirement glossary and infographic
• Work with the third-party administrators to ensure the updates letters/packs are rolled out properly in a timely fashion
• Help review the corporate website and policyholder sites in line with Consumer Duty requirements
• Support the communications team with other activities as required

About you
• Experience in drafting employee/member communications
• Strong attention to detail
• High level of competency using Word
