A great opportunity to join this highly regarded firm as a Pensions Business Analyst. This interesting role requires an understanding of both pension administration and systems, in order to facilitate effective communication between specialists in the respective areas.

The key purpose of this role is to work with pension specialists and system development specialists to identify and specify the most appropriate solutions to requirements for changes and improvements. The role requires an understanding of both pension administration and systems, in order to facilitate effective communication between specialists in the respective areas.

You will be working closely with colleagues in the Pensions Administration teams in order to understand business requirements, provide advice on potential technical solutions and translate requirements into specifications suitable for use by system developers. You will also be working with developers to understand technical options, identify appropriate solutions and agree specifications for system changes.

You must have excellent knowledge and understanding of the legislation surrounding Defined Benefit pensions in the UK and extensive experience of working within pension's administration, including implementing and testing core aspects of pension administration systems, including data, calculations, processes, letters and interfaces.
