Are you a Pensions Administrator seeking work on a long-term contract basis who would like a slight 'break from the norm' role? If yes, our client, a major in-house scheme, with a very large in-house pension administration department is seeking an extra pair of hands, just like yours, to come and join them for the next year in the Pensions Events & Data Team. This team have overall responsibility for the delivery of all scheme events and DC processing and services to both the 35,000 plus members and the relevant governance entities, and your exciting new contract will be to carry out duties performed by the Pensions Events & Data Team including (but not limited to) Scheme events, DC processing, data production, system maintenance, data audits and data production, whilst always ensuring compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements and to provide a high quality service.

To undertake this role you will already have a good basic grounding in both manual and computerised administration (not just discussing or processing to next stage) of DB and DC schemes. Practical experience of working in a DC environment is essential, including annual renewals, annual benefits statements, renewals, pensioner increases, retirements, transfers and deaths.

Our client only requires you in the office 2 days per week, although it would be nice if you are able to attend perhaps a few more days in month one to bond with your team and understand procedures, processes and have some systems training and of course collect, take home and set up your own work station. To learn more about your potential next contract please get in touch for a full job description and company profile.
