As Operations Manager, you will oversee and take responsibility for the service delivery to a number of large scale household name Clients. You will appreciate the commercial aspect of the role with additional thought on the customer experience in relation to the delivery and communication of the services provided. You will lead a team of approximately 100 professional, highly experienced pensions staff, with direct reports at Team Manager and Team Leader level.
Candidates will need previous experience within a pension operations management position, with service delivery responsibility from a pensions administration environment. Strong pensions legislation knowledge of DB and DC, problem-solving and analytical skills are also required.
