Our client is seeking a pension consultant or associate consultant to join this small team and provide support for a Senior Consultant with their client work. Depending on experience you will shadow and support on all aspects of client work, and subject to your experience you may take over a smaller portfolio of your own clients. In this role there is a mix of DB/DC Trustee pension clients, UK household names, and you will draft and distribute agenda packs, attend trustee and sub committee meetings, manage minutes, co-ordinate action points, ensure scheme Governance and report, ensure scheme changes and legislative changes are managed, support with complex projects, co-ordinate Trustee summary reports and accounts and draft member communications. This is a busy role, working for a large Consultancy where the salary will be negotiable depending on experience and qualifications and the benefits package is one of the best in the industry with a comprehensive flex scheme and annual bonus.
