• Define and implement initiatives to support Operational improvements
• Provide technical expertise across operational areas
• Implement and maintain policies, processes and quality assurance frameworks
• Manage smaller projects, lead project work streams
• Finding solutions to operational issues
About you
• Background within Pensions Operations, specifically DB
• Strong Pensions technical knowledge
• Ability to challenge status quo
• Proven ability to drive Change & Improvement.
