This world renowned company are looking for a Head of Member Data Management to manage their Data Services team. With a primary focus on managing the accuracy and completeness of Scheme member data, you will build and maintain a data cleanse programme, to rectify known data issues. As well as execute a suite of routine data checks enabling improvements to be measured, giving confidence that no new issues are being created and identifying process improvements to enhance/maintain the quality of data.

Key responsibilities will be to drive the data strategy to improve the integrity of data over the life cycle of member journeys thereby enabling the operation to utilise technological solutions to deliver an exceptional member experience. Other duties will include overseeing the transition from the current pensions' administration portal to another, to develop a data strategy for the team that aligns to the wider business strategy, providing ideas and input to the ways in which we collect, process and store data to improve pensions operations and member experience.

Providing strong leadership, support and technical expertise you will be an experienced Pensions Data/Project Manager with an excellent understanding of managing and reporting data in a regulated environment, strong diagnostic, analytical and process skills. You will demonstrate solid organisational strategic awareness and the proven ability to develop strategic solutions. Experience of pension scheme data management is essential and progression within the PMI is advantageous.
