In this busy and career developing role you will support the consultants, be the first point of contact for clients and attend meetings including member roadshows. Our client is award winning and has offices across the UK, and this is a great opportunity for a DC Associate Consultant specialising in insured schemes.

You will supporting 4 Consultants who manage a variety of client's predominantly master trust / auto-enrolment pensions and your liaison will be with the client and their HR, FD and payroll teams. The role is not just office based, you will attend meetings with the Consultants and very quickly take on your own portfolio of smaller clients and be actively involved with attending meetings and taking responsibility for day to day account management.
We are seeking a confident individual who is able to be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring the high deliver of service and the liaison between the employer, members and pension provider. You will develop and build relationships with your own portfolio of clients, keep up to speed with industry legislation and developments and anticipate the on-going and future needs and objectives of your clients. You will ensure Governance and compliance to include preparation and distribution of agenda and governance packs, attend and actively participate in the client meeting, type up meeting notes for distribution to all parties and follow up on action points.

To be considered for this role you will have strong technical knowledge and good customer services in DC schemes particularly GPP/AE. Also you will have ideally commenced industry qualifications and be keen to develop your career with the support of your peers.
