Troy Clutterbuck has been appointed managing director and leader of Cushon, following WTW’s acquisition.
Clutterbuck has more than 20 years of experience in pensions and employee benefits, having previously served as CEO of Now Pensions. Prior to that, he spent 15 years at JLT Group in senior roles across finance, operations and global mergers and acquisitions, as well as KPMG in Australia. Clutterbuck joined Cushon in 2020 and, since then, has played a key role in scaling the business, supporting funding rounds, acquisitions, and organic growth, culminating in its sale to NatWest and, subsequently, WTW.
Wealth at Work has appointed Alexander Walsh as chief commercial officer, effective 2 June.
In his new role, Walsh will be responsible for shaping and implementing new client-focused solutions that enhance engagement and strengthen the firm’s position. He will report to Wealth at Work co-founder and director, Jonathan Watts-Lay. Walsh joins Wealth at Work from Howells Associates, where he served as chief executive officer from 2021. He recently stepped down from his role at Howells following the sale of the business to Cytec Solutions in March 2026.
Zedra has appointed Dan Whincup as client director.
Whincup joins Zedra after spending 11 years as part of the in-house senior leadership team at Coal Pension Trustees, supporting the trustees of the Mineworkers Pension Scheme and the British Coal Staff Superannuation Scheme. His responsibilities as chief pensions officer included leading strategic funding, investment collaboration, secretariat services, pension administration and member communication. Prior to that, he spent 14 years as an actuarial consultant at PwC, Willis Towers Watson and Mercer.
Capita has announced the appointment of Daniel Wosner as a non‑executive director.
Wosner holds the role of Oasis Management Company managing director and head of Europe. Prior to joining Oasis in 2016, Wosner held senior investment banking roles at Barclays and Lehman Brothers. Commenting on the appointment, Capita chair, David Lowden, said: “We are pleased to welcome Daniel to the Board as a non‑executive director. Daniel brings extensive investment and capital markets experience, together with a strong understanding of governance and value creation in listed companies.”
