About the role

• Supporting buy-in/buy-out administration and strategic delivery.
• Advising on industry developments and contributing to consultations.
• Managing complex member cases and promoting a member-first culture.
• Collaborating across teams to improve tools, processes, and communications.
• Maintaining KPIs, producing reports, and supporting governance forums.
• Providing technical advice, calculations, and regulatory reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
