About the role

• Oversee both UK and Offshore DC Project delivery teams across client installations, change and BAU projects
• Oversee workflow and ensure KPI's / SLA's are met
• Support internal management in identifying process/procedure improvements
• Mentor and nurture talent across the Project teams
• Attend client/trustee meetings - keeping all parties updated on project time frames
• Work with wider Senior Management to ensure effective client delivery

About you

• Background in Operational Management areas with strong working knowledge of DC/Mastertrust areas
• Strong and collaborative leadership style
• Strong understanding of Pensions Projects and ability to oversee multiple functions
