About the role

• Lead all pension activity, strategy, governance and compliance
• Act as the key representative with the senior leadership team, Trustees and advisers
• Lead and develop a small pensions team
• Manage pension governance, risk and budgets
• Opportunity to become involved in employee benefits strategy development and engagement
About you
• Draw on in-house or consultancy experience with up to date occupational pension scheme legislative framework
• Proven skills in driving a robust governance framework
• Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders
• Strong leadership, organisational and analytical skills
