We are seeking two pensions' professionals who will report to Head of Governance and will work on Trust-based or Contract-based clients and these roles will position you at the very centre of the team, influencing the strategic direction and growth of the team in a highly professional and effective manner. You will oversee day-to-day operations in terms of the co-ordination and support of governance activities, attend client meetings and you will deliver a consulting service to a portfolio of clients. With a particular focus on managing and developing eight Governance Consultants, you will also ensure performance reviews are conducted on a regular basis. In addition, the successful candidates will also play a crucial role in business development, ensuring continued profitability and client growth, with the strategic element in terms of your own clients and with the consultants you are responsible for and management of billings.

This is an outstanding opportunity for exceptional individuals with a strong pensions' background in either Trust Based or Contract Based schemes, who will have the credibility to lead a team and build strong relationships.

These roles can be working from home but the successful candidate should expect to travel to London on a regular basis to attend client meetings (post Covid).
