In house opportunity to support the Trustee Services Manager in the provision of Trustee policy and process development across the UK pensions schemes. You will work in collaboration on the implementation and monitoring of all schemes, ensuring the good compliance within the governance and policy frameworks. This will involve risk management, monitoring compliance with statutory requirements, and preparation of case papers for disputes/complaints, Trustees’ expenses, communications and the Trustee’s delegated discretions and ill health frameworks. To be considered for this role you will have experience of UK occupational pension schemes and of supporting the operation of major and/or complex schemes; with the ability to contribute to technical policy development and have an appreciation of trends in the pensions industry, demonstrating the ability to support strategy development.
