Thanks to continued company growth due to new business success there is a new opportunity for you to join this award-winning pension's administration provider in a role which will see you being able to utilise your strong Defined Benefit pension's and project experience.

You will work closely with the Administration teams to analyse issues with systems, processes, calculations and problem solve to get to the root cause of issues and develop solutions.

A key part of the role will be the writing of detailed specifications for systems to be utilised by a developer to develop the requirements as specified, putting together test plans, testing and feeding back to the business. This will include all aspects of the administration offering, including communications, reports, calculations, workflows, payroll, scheme events, new systems/solutions, and website for example.

You will also have the ability to analyse, investigate and suggest ideas to improve efficiency and quality of service.

Strong DB and DC pension administration experience is essential including specifically working on projects previously. You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel alongside outstanding communication skills.
