Seeking your next pension's administration contract? How would you like a super long-term contract, minimum of twelve months, employed on the company payroll and eligible for all of their great benefits? It will be hard not to like this super role, working in modern open plan offices, they even have treadmill desks!, a gym, free parking, on site restaurant, and flexible working hours… and much more!

Our client offers their staff a generous in-house occupational pension and actively promotes participation. Administration is outsourced (14,000+ UK Members, DB and DC schemes), but they still retain a helpline and open door policy for employees, organising various site visits during the year with drop in sessions. This is a company that cares, and is doing all they can to help their employees understand their pensions' value and invest wisely for their future. Going forward pensions has a big focus on communications, and engagement with/by members. They have their own pension's website and are constantly striving to ensure they are in line with the market in their benefits provision, if not better!

Your past experience could be either within a similar in-house pension department or perhaps a provider/TPA. You will need to be a good communicator, and confident in assisting the Retirement Benefits Manager with daily, weekly, and annual pension scheme tasks. Ideally with knowledge of both DB and DC schemes, or a quick leaner if just one or the other.

There will be some occasional UK and overseas travel with this role, but very minimal. Have you thought perhaps of even living/working away for this contract? The salary is competitive for the location, meaning living accommodation and costs will be cheap, so why not explore a new area of the UK for 2020, expand your pensions knowledge with some overseas scheme experience and take on a contract you will really enjoy, and with the option of an early finish on a Friday, long weekends to explore or relax.
